Horus Mage

Coming in at the last minute (as I so often do OTL) my contribution to Magic Meat Week.  Don't know what that is?  Well, it's a week dedicated to drawing sexy male warriors and mages in empowering armor.  Because we all need more under-dressed fantasy men.

I decided to combine my love of ancient Egypt and my addiction to JRPGs into one and created this lovely fellow.  My Horus mage gains his powers from the sky, which of course means his powers are greater when more of his body is exposed to the sky.  Don't fear his lack of armor!  He's a mage, he can use magic to protect his vitals, he doesn't need all that bulky "protection" blocking him from the sky.

I had a lot of fun designing him and may end up doing more god-inspired characters like him.  There's a whole pantheon of Egyptian gods to play with and I do love costume design.
